The Historic "Ruská" Street Section

This section of the building has five above-ground floors and is partially underground. Each floor contains two apartments, with two commercial units located on the ground level. The main entrance hall leads directly to the upper garage floors in the courtyard annex. The upper floors in the street section are connected to the floors in the courtyard section. A central staircase and elevator link all levels. In 2016, this section was fully renovated to match the quality and feel of a new building, with all original ceiling structures replaced.

Courtyard Annex
Constructed in 2016, the courtyard annex is a new structure with two underground levels offering garage spaces for 49 cars.
